What is VITALLEADS?

VITALLEADS is a portable AI based intelligent vital signs monitor used in aged care, home care and ambulance services. The five vital signs – blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen, body temperature and respiratory rate can be monitored continuously and remotely. The device is also capable to monitor ECG using 3-Lead.

How is VITALLEADS different from other products?

VITALLEADS is a certified as a medical device by the European Union (CE for safety, health and environmental standards) and in Australia (Therapeutic Goods Administration-TGA) and ISO (standardization and quality assurance).

Will my data be secure?

Your vital signs data is stored in certified and secured cloud platform. We follow all process and procedures to keep your data secure at all times. We follow all the standards to keep personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI) data safe. You also have complete control and access to your data.

What all vital signs are being monitored?

Heart Rate, Non-invasive Blood Pressure, Spo2 (Oxygen Saturation), Respiratory Rate) and Body Temperature along with ECG (Electrocardiograph).

Can I measure/monitor only a few vitals using the device?

Yes, you can monitor as per your convenience and requirement.

What is the battery life for the device?

You can monitor continuously for 12 hours without recharging the device. The battery takes approximately 3 hours to charge. If you are monitoring only few times in a day – the battery lasts up to a week.

What Apps are available for the device?

We have Android and IOS apps available to download and can be used in conjunction with the device.

How many patients can I monitor using this device?

For Homecare it can be used with one patient at a time. For Aged care, Hospital and Ambulance, it can be used for multiple patients.

Do I need to use this device 24/7 to get results?

The device starts working as soon as it is connected to the probs attached to your body. You can monitor it as per your convenience and you can monitor continuously for 12 hours without recharging the device.

Do I need a separate Mobile/tablet for this device to work?

The device needs to connect to Android or iOS app to send data to cloud and to keep your data in on our secure Cloud servers for later use. You can use the device without streaming the data to the cloud.

Can I store data locally on my Android/IOS device?

You can store data in Android/IOS device for 2 hours. For longer than this you need to push this to cloud.

For how long will the data be stored in the cloud?

You get access to cloud storage for 1 year. You can purchase separate annual package to keep using cloud after initial 1 year.

Can I use Alexa/Hey Google/Siri to track the vital Signs?

What data privacy and storage rules is followed?

We are in compliance with Australian Privacy Law and Australian Privacy Principles. The data we collect is necessary for the device to work. The user has complete control over the data and can request confirmation of deletion of data from us.

How should the Anidra vital signs monitoring be used?

Use the Anidra vital signs for both multi and single parameter monitoring to suit your purpose.

For example, you might like to measure only your blood pressure or blood oxygen occasionally, perhaps when you feel lightheaded.

To measure all the vital signs (respiratory rate, blood pressure, temperature, blood oxygen and ECG) for between 20 minutes and 1 hour continuously, between once and four times per day to detect a patient deterioration early, even before symptoms are obvious. Do this whenever you are concerned (e.g., after a fall, if a patient suddenly feels unwell).

Can I record the vital signs electronically?

Use the VITALLEADS monitoring App (Download from Playstore for Android phones and AppStore for Apple phones) to keep a record of all recordings to show your doctor when you next visit or send them a summary report through your phone

Can anyone use the Anidra vital signs monitoring?

All sensors in the Anidra vital signs monitoring are non-invasive and designed for use with adults. Versions of the accessories are available for children but should not be used on babies.

The 3 ECG pads stick onto the skin and are certified safe, however ECG monitoring should not be used by patients who have a pacemaker. The pulse oximeter probe that measures blood oxygen is a standard design used in hospitals worldwide. The blood pressure blows up cuff is also a standard design but should not be used by patients who are allergic to hospital grade latex.

How useful is Vitalleads vital signs monitor?

The monitor is designed to detect patient deterioration in early stages. Use the monitoring with all the parameters respiratory rate, blood pressure, temperature, blood oxygen and ECG for between 20 minutes and 1 hour continuously, between once and four times per day to detect a patient deterioration early, even before symptoms are obvious. Do this whenever you are concerned about a patient (e.g., after a fall, if a patient suddenly feels unwell).

Where can the vitalleads vital signs monitor be used?

The Vitalleads monitor can be used for Aged care, in Suburban or Rural areas to monitor a patient remotely, can be used in a four wheeler/ambulance while transferring the patient from distant areas.

For what medical conditions we cannot use this device?

The ECG should not be used by patients with pacemakers. Consult your doctor prior to use.

What medical conditions can this device be used for?

Use the VITALLEADS monitor during acute phases of respiratory illnesses including Covid and severe influenza. We recommend its use following post-operative recovery at home for 1-2 days, after a fall for 4-7 hours, particularly for the elderly, for 5 continuously hours with postural orthostatic tachycardia and other heart rate or blood pressure conditions.

Can I use voice assistant devices to track the vital signs?
